Rhys Morris is a seasoned mortgage and banking professional with over two decades of leadership experience in residential lending and sales management. He has served as a Branch Manager with U.S. Bank, where he led high-performing teams across California, Washington, and Arizona, focusing on sustainable growth, regulatory excellence, and a strong client experience.
Previously, Rhys held Regional Manager roles with Union Bank and BBVA Compass, where he built and supported multi-state mortgage teams while helping develop strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and key partners. His expertise spans conventional, FHA, renovation, CRA, LMI, and wealth-based loan solutions.
Rhys holds an MBA in International Business Management from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a law degree from the University of Aberystwyth in Wales. He is known for his strategic leadership style, commitment to excellence, and dedication to helping loan officers grow and succeed.
He is also deeply involved in community service, having supported organizations like Habitat for Humanity in both Texas and Santa Barbara for many years. Rhys currently serves as Chapter President for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Ventura County.
Outside of work, Rhys enjoys creating gourmet hot sauces and contributing to local community initiatives through his passion projects.
V.P. of Operations and Technology
Michelle Nguyen brings over 35 years of experience in real estate, with a background that spans residential appraising and real estate sales across Southern California. She began her career as a state-certified residential appraiser, where she spent more than two decades evaluating a wide range of properties, from single-family homes to complex, high-value estates.
Her deep understanding of property valuation and local markets provides valuable insight throughout the loan process, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence. Michelle’s experience across Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to each unique scenario.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, supporting her analytical approach and strong market awareness. In 2019, she founded the Ventura County Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and served as its inaugural President, demonstrating her commitment to leadership and community involvement.
In her role as VP of Operations & Technology, Michelle focuses on improving internal processes and ensuring a smooth, consistent experience for both clients and the team. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering a high level of service.
Michelle has proudly called Simi Valley home since 1989 and values building lasting relationships within the community she serves.

Nadia Dayao brings over a decade of experience in mortgage lending, with a background spanning both retail banking and brokered lending. She has worked with major institutions like Citibank and Chase before expanding into the broker space, allowing her to offer clients a wider range of loan options tailored to their needs.
Her expertise covers a full spectrum of loan programs, including conventional, government (FHA, VA, and renovation loans), jumbo, non-QM, investor financing, construction loans, commercial lending, and reverse mortgages. Nadia takes a thoughtful, hands-on approach, helping clients navigate complex scenarios and feel confident in their decisions.
In her role as VP of Operations & Technology, Nadia also focuses on improving systems, communication, and overall efficiency to ensure a smooth and streamlined experience from application to closing. Her background in computer science gives her a unique perspective in combining technology with personalized service.
Nadia is known for her attention to detail, strong follow-up, and commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals. She values building long-term relationships and creating a positive, supportive experience throughout the loan process.
Outside of work, Nadia enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and being involved in her local community.
