Rhys Morris is a seasoned mortgage and banking professional with over two decades of
leadership experience in residential lending and sales management. He has served as a Branch
Manager with U.S. Bank, where he oversaw high-performing teams across California,
Washington, and Arizona, driving sustainable growth while upholding rigorous regulatory
standards and delivering exceptional client service.
Previously, Rhys held Regional Manager roles with Union Bank and BBVA Compass, where he
built and led large, multi-state mortgage teams and achieved annual production volumes of up
to $500 million. His expertise includes conventional, FHA, renovation, CRA, LMI, and
wealth-based loan solutions, with a strong emphasis on cultivating long-term relationships with
clients, realtors, and key centers of influence.
Rhys holds an MBA in International Business Management from the University of Hawaiʻi at
Mānoa and a law degree from the University of Aberystwyth in Wales. He is recognized for his
strategic leadership, commitment to excellence, and proven ability to develop top-performing
loan officers who consistently deliver results.
Deeply committed to community service, Rhys has served in leadership roles with Habitat for
Humanity in both Texas and Santa Barbara for more than ten years. He currently serves as the
2026 Chapter President for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Ventura
County. Outside of his professional work, Rhys is an avid gourmet hot sauce maker. His
fundraising efforts through this passion have raised over $8,000 for AREAA Ventura County,
earning him the well-known community nickname, the “Hot Sauce Man.”

Michelle Nguyen is an experienced real estate professional with more than 35 years
of industry expertise spanning residential appraising and real estate sales. She
began her career as a state-certified residential appraiser, spending over two
decades valuing a broad spectrum of properties—from single-family homes to
complex, multi-million-dollar estates—throughout Ventura County, Los Angeles
County, and Orange County
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a
concentration in Real Estate Finance & Real Estate, a background that strengthens
her analytical approach and market insight. In 2019, she founded the Ventura
County Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and served
as its inaugural President, reflecting her dedication to leadership, professional
excellence, and community engagement. Michelle and her family have proudly
called Simi Valley home since 1989.
